General conditions of purchase
The items selected from those present in the virtual catalog of this site can be purchased under the following conditions.

 

Accettazione dell’ordine / Conclusione del contratto.

 
The purchase of what is requested will be completed through the following phases:
1) By sending the order, the Customer sends PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA a proposal to purchase the selected product or products. Sending the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to art. 10 DL 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract.

3) The customer has 24 hours from placing the order online to communicate any cancellation to PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA by sending a request via email to primoswoman1@gmail.com. In any case, PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA will check the actual availability of the requested goods in stock and will communicate via email to the Customer whether the order can be accepted or not.
 
4) If the order can be accepted, PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA will send a confirmation email confirming the completion of the purchase process, containing information on the delivery times of the goods and the methods required to process the order.
5) PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA will then deliver the requested item to the express courier in charge. Payment by the Customer will be made using the method chosen online at the time of purchase.
 

Modalità e spese di consegna
PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA will deliver the purchased products to the express courier as quickly as possible. The express courier will deliver the purchased goods within the following 48/72 hours (*), to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Applicable law
The sales contract between the customer and PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.

 
(*) The delivery times indicated represent the time normally required to deliver the products and are provided for indicative purposes only, without any commitment or guarantee by PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA that they will be met. The supplier cannot be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
 

Klarna and Afterpay

If you buy with Klarna and Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to the relevant companies or related parties/their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.

 

Customer Rights

Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must send PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA. a communication via email to primoswoman1@gmail.com, within 24/48 hours of receiving the package. It must also be returned, with shipping costs borne by the consumer, immediately after confirmation of acceptance with the company, arriving at the headquarters no later than  14 gg calendar from the date of receipt, bearing the shipping costs. Finally, it is necessary to include all the fiscal documents inside the return package, such as: invoice, certificate of authenticity and receipt, as well as the signed anti-theft tag, and this seal must not be removed or tampered with, subject to cancellation of the return; send the product to:

Once we have received the aforementioned communication of withdrawal, if the procedure is not clear on the site, Customer Service will quickly communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the goods. As the only cost, in this case the customer will have to bear the return costs of the goods to PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA. The goods must be returned intact and in their original packaging, complete with all their parts and without having suffered any damage. In the event of damage of the goods during transport, PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA will notify the Customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow the Customer to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs paid by the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.

 

PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

 

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage to the goods, PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA will refund to the Customer the entire amount already paid, within 14 working days from the date of return shipment of the goods. The customer will be responsible for promptly providing PRIMOS WOMAN DI DE CRISTOFARO FRANCESCA with the bank details in order to obtain the restituzione del prezzo.
The Customer's right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods have been paid for and collected in-store, as in this case the transaction becomes a simple reservation completed as a purchase when the receipt or invoice is issued by the store.

 

The Courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
